Double-layer compound filter paper production line
In 2013, Chentai Co, Ltd made huge investment and purchased a double-layer compound filter paper production line. It is the only lastest double-layer compound filter paper production line in China. Which can be added several types of chemical fibers on it. The proporting of fibers in different layers and the molded structure is automatically controlled by computer, and will form homogeneous and interweaving-arranged aperture flow. More efficient filltration, larger dust holding capacity and lower intake resistance give longer lifespan and better performance to the mixed fiber double-layer filter paper being produced!
Phenolic filter paper production line
The Phenolic filter paper production line is made with the most mature and advanced technology of Witz Company of Germany. Equipped with the PLC control system of Siemens, it is the most sophisticated and representative equipment in China for producting Phenolic Filter paper. Currently, this production line could produce 5000 tons of paper annually. It is automatically controlled by computer, with lower energy consumption, higher energy effieciency, which can absolutely satisfy the customers’ needs on high quality products.
Six filer paper production lines
Currently, Chentai has 6 filter paper production lines. All advanced technologies are imported from Germany and Japan. The QCS3200 quantitative water control system, concentration control instrument, online monitoring system, can make rapid and precise online detection on the detects during the manufacturing process, and ensure product qulity.
